Our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Promise

At Orion's Reach, we commit to being a strong leader in diversity, equity, inclusion practices that foster and exemplify an inclusive culture and provide a sense of belonging to everyone internally and externally connected with our organization.

Leading by Example
At Orion's Reach we feel the way to drive change is to start with our leaders. For this reason all members of our senior leadership team are required to attend formal DEIB training.

We are committed to Canada's 50:30 Challenge!
We are excited to announce Orion's Reach is committed to Canada's 50:30 Challenge. The challenge is a plan the government has developed to improve access for  women, racialized persons including Black Canadians, people who identify as LGBTQ2, persons living with disabilities, as well as First Nations, Inuit and Métis peoples to positions of influence and leadership on corporate boards and in senior management.

The 50:30 Challenge consists of two core elements
1) Gender Parity ("50%") on Canadian board(s) and senior leadership
2)  Significant representation ("30%") on Canadian board(s) and senior management of other under-represented groups: racialized persons including  Black Canadians, persons living with disabilities (including invisible and episodic disabilities), Canadians who identify as LGBTQ2, and First Nations, Inuit and Métis peoples as founding peoples of Canada are under-represented in positions of economic influence and leadership.
